Soltilo Bright Stars FC have completed the signing of forward Joseph Janjali on a permanent deal for two years, Bigwhale sports has reliably learnt.
The development means they beat URA FC who were also hugely interested in him before the move fell through.
Janjali has been a free agent after mutually agreeing to terminate his contract with Vipers SC last month.
He reunited with the side he spent the whole of the 2019/20 season on loan were he emerged as their leading scorer netting six goals with seven assists from 23 games, eventually guiding them to relegation survival in a season he scooped the man of the match gong twice.
He bounced into limelight while playing in the Masaza tournament between 2015-17 for Buddu and Gomba respectively, winning the trophy with Gomba in 2017 as well as finishing as tournament leading scorer.
He joins Samuel Ssekamate, Jamil Kisitu Nvule, amongst others as new signings at the club in this ongoing window.
