Kirabira confirms departure from KCCA FC

Midfielder Isaac Kirabira will not be a KCCA FC player next season, Bigwhale sports can reliably confirm.

After barely finding playing time this season, the stylish anchor man, hours after KCCA FC being crowned champions of the Uganda Premier League for the 13th time took to his facebook page and posted the KCCA FC official logo with imogis thanking the club and indicating his departure.

Kirabira who joined from rivals SC.Villa three years ago was a main stay in Mike Mutebi’s team in his first two seasons with brilliant perfomances that both in Uganda and on the continent but this season he has hardly found playing time as Mutebi prefered Lawrence Bukenya, Nicholas Kasozi and Sadam Juma ahead of him.

He has won a number of silverwares including two league titles, one Uganda Cup, the maiden Pilsner Super 8 cup, and the super cup.

It remains to be known where he will ply his trade from next season despite romours linking him back to his former club SC.Villa.
