Sudan giants El Merreikh have unveiled Ugandan international midfielder Saidi Kyeyune.
“Ugandan international Midfielder Saidi Kyeyune is home.”
The club posted on their Official Facebook page with Kyeyune in their attire.
Kyeyune departed the country on Tuesday to go join his new home.
The Sudanese giants expressed interest in Kyeyune during the recently concluded CHAN tournament in Cameroon were he was arguably Cranes best performer despite not going past the group secured his services on a year contract from URA FC.
The former Proline FC player netted two thunderous goals in losses against Togo and Morocco respectively.
Merreick that is also former home to Ugandan duo Mike Mutyaba and custodian Salim Jamal were busy in the January transfer window that saw them recruit Serbian tactician Miodrag Jesic and players Tony Edjomariegwe from Mogreb Tetouan, Cameroonian 22-year old defender Pascal Eboussi from Czech Republic third tier side MFK Vyskov and Ammar Taifour.
