Proline FC will this afternoon take on Kyetume FC in the Stanbic Uganda Cup semi final return leg at the Star Times stadium to determine who storms this years’ final.

Carrying a 1-2 advantage from from the first leg thanks to Ibrahim Bonyo and Mustafa Mujuzi strikes to out weigh Robert Sentongo’s consolation, the Shafiq Bisaso coached lads are aware of what they need to edge out the much experienced Kyetume side.

Kyetume have this week trained at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru with an aim to acclimitising to the artificial turf conditions.

According to Proline FC head coach Shafiq Bisaso, this match will define their season.

“It is a very important match in our season as it will determine our season that has so far been good. We are to yet guaranteed promotion back to the league until the final day away to Kabale and the match today will boost our morale incase we win it”.

Proline will miss the services of Hakim Sekiito, Allan Egaku and Ismail Kabugu through out injury however the good news is the return of defence kingpin Ibrahim Ssendi and Arnold Sserunjogi who missed their previous league game against Kansai Plascon to suspension and injury respectively. Related to the above, Joshua Okiror and Hakim Kiwanuka will have to wait for a late fitness test to see if they can make the team.

The winner will book a place in this years’ Stanbic Uganda Cup finals that will be played on 25th May 2019 at Masaka Rec.grounds and will wait for who goes through between Express and Bright Stars.
